This area has never been particularly rich in wildlife and in the past has been a coal yard and railway sidings, trucks, wagons and noisy!

Sitting on an oil tanker is a member of the Browning family that used to live in the nearby signalman’s cottage. She is sitting on the exact spot of the proposed Pavilion.
